The 2011 – 2013 Atlantis Trans-Atlantic degree program cohort began their studies at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University in the fall of 2011.  These eight students spend the fall of 2012 at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany and the spring of 2013 at the Institute for Social Science in The Hague, Netherlands.  They successfully defended their master’s theses during the summer and fall of 2013.
