The 2013-2015 Atlantis Trans-Atlantic degree program cohort began their studies at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University in the fall of 2013 2014.  These nine students spent the fall of 2014 at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany and the spring of 2015 at the Institute for Social Sciences in The Hague, Netherlands.  They successfully defended their master’s theses during the summer and fall of 2015.
