The Atlantis Trans-Atlantic Degree Program
Arising out of a joint U.S. Government – European Union effort to build the next generation of transatlantic policy specialists, the Atlantis Transatlantic Dual Degree Program is a unique opportunity, offering hybrid study in the United States and the European Union.
With four different degree options spanning two academic institutions, the program provides students the flexibility to choose the combination that best suits their educational and professional needs.
Atlantis students study in the program as a cohort, spending the first year of their studies at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations or a Master of Public Administration degree. The second year of the program is spent at the Hertie School in Berlin, Germany, completing work towards a Master of Public Policy or Master of International Affairs degree.
